When you send a message to a therapist through FindSupport.ai, the email is delivered from our platform on your behalf. For quality assurance, abuse prevention, and operational monitoring purposes, an administrative copy (BCC) of outreach emails may be sent to our operations team.
What this means:
- A copy of the email sent to the therapist may be received by our administrative team.
- This copy is used solely for monitoring service quality, preventing abuse, and resolving delivery issues.
- Administrative copies are not shared with third parties and are subject to the same data protection measures as all other user data.
- You can request that administrative copies be disabled for your account by contacting us.
