• AI-powered matching based on your described needs and preferences.

• Facilitated communication between users and therapists via our messaging platform.
• AI-assisted message drafting to help you initiate contact.

FindSupport.ai is not a healthcare provider. We do not provide therapy, counseling, medical advice, or crisis intervention. We are a technology platform that facilitates connections between individuals and licensed professionals.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using FindSupport.ai, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features (such as sending messages to therapists), you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or harassing communications to therapists.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform without authorization.
• Attempt to circumvent contact limits, payment requirements, or security measures.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Payments & Refunds

FindSupport.ai offers paid contact packs that allow you to send messages to therapists. By purchasing a contact pack:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method via Stripe.
• Contact credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
• Each "contact" represents the ability to initiate a conversation with one unique therapist.
• Subsequent messages to the same therapist do not consume additional credits.

Refund policy: If you experience a technical issue that prevents message delivery, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate and issue a credit or refund as appropriate. We do not offer refunds for successfully delivered messages, regardless of whether the therapist responds.

7. Messaging & Communication

When you send a message through FindSupport.ai:

• The message is delivered to the therapist's email address on your behalf.
• Your name and email address are included so the therapist can respond directly to you.
• An administrative copy may be retained for quality assurance and abuse prevention (see our Privacy Policy).
• We do not guarantee that therapists will respond to your messages.
• We are not responsible for the content of therapist responses or the quality of care they provide.

8. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to suggest therapist matches and draft messages. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated suggestions are provided as a starting point and may not be perfectly accurate.
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-drafted messages before sending.
• AI matching is based on available data and may not account for all factors relevant to your needs.
• The Service does not replace professional mental health assessment or diagnosis.

9. Therapist Listings

Therapist profiles in our directory are compiled from publicly available professional information. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date listings:

• We do not independently verify all credentials or licensing status.
• Listing on FindSupport.ai does not constitute an endorsement of any therapist.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of therapist-provided information.
• Users should independently verify a therapist's credentials before beginning treatment.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FindSupport.ai — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and AI models — are owned by FindSupport.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindSupport.ai shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• The quality, safety, or legality of therapy services provided by listed therapists.
• Any actions or omissions of therapists contacted through our platform.
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures.
• Decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions or therapist matches.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to FindSupport.ai in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

14. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
